Shipping Cost

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address

LoveSquishies is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your package has not updated for several days or appears lost, please contact us at support@lovesquishies.com with your order number, and we will help you check the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
LoveSquishies is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
