At LoveSquishies, we want you to love your squishies. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return policy below.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging when possible.
Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Opened or heavily used squishy toys
- Items with visible dirt, damage, stains, strong odors, or signs of misuse
- Items that have been stretched, torn, bitten, washed incorrectly, or exposed to heat
- Final sale items or gift cards
- Items returned without approval
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item, if applicable
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at support@lovesquishies.com.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
